Partners for Established Technology Businesses
UranX Group is a U.S.-based investment group focused on acquiring and scaling profitable, founder-led technology and tech-enabled service companies. Our mission is to provide smooth ownership transitions, operational support, and a long-term home for businesses entering their next chapter.
UranX acquires and grows strong, resilient, and people-first companies.
We work with founders seeking a confidential, respectful, and founder-friendly transition — whether a full exit, partial sale, or long-term partnership.
Our approach emphasizes clarity, continuity, and protection of the culture and legacy founders have built.
We are actively seeking companies with the following characteristics.
Owners seeking retirement, transition, or a strategic partner
Seller financing welcomed
Our strength comes from a leadership team with deep, hands-on experience across technology, finance, operations, and M&A.
Don is a digital transformation expert with extensive experience in strategic partnerships with Cornell, Sun Microsystems, and Fortune 100 M&A teams. He scaled a company from $0 to $90M in 18 months and served in the U.S. government as Special Assistant to the Attorney General in the President’s Executive Exchange Program.
Ali has 25+ years of experience leading digital transformation in banking, security, and education. He is the former Chief Digital & Information Officer at the International Baccalaureate Organization, previously CTO at Caliber Home Loans, and held key leadership roles at Mr. Cooper.
Mark has negotiated 50+ domestic and international financings totaling more than $2 billion, including transactions with Amazon, Thoma Bravo, and Keynote Systems. He served as CFO at Bigleaf Networks, Garten, Vendini, Mobile Complete, and Alexa.
We prioritize a transparent, efficient, and respectful process designed to move from introduction to close with clarity at every step.
